Key Pick Up & Welcome
£10 per booking
- Leave the key to your property with us at The Hub on Northdown Road where it will be stored securely
- Tell your guest to pick the key up from The Hub. We are open Monday to Friday from 10 to 4 pm.
- We will give the guest the key, the latest copy of the Margate Mercury magazine and give them our recommendations and tips for Margate
- The guest can either return the key to The Hub or leave it at your property
Full Check-In
£25 per booking
- Leave the key to your property with us at The Hub at a time convenient to you. We will store the key securely.
- Give us the date and approximate arrival time of your guest(s) and forward the Airbnb booking confirmation to us by email
- We will text your guest(s) on the day to introduce ourselves and confirm their arrival time
- We will meet your guest(s) at your property, give them the latest copy of the Margate Mercury, show them around the property and give them our recommendations and tips for Margate
- The guest can either return the key to The Hub or leave it at your property
